 Mobil Plus Customer Service Training Program 


CELLTEK developed a training program directed labors in a number of stations in Cairo and Alexandria. To ensure

 delivering the training objectives, different methodology have been adopted as videos, role plays, story board, group activity and award.


ExxonMobil tends to improve customer service through conducting a training program to improve labors skills

regarding to how to deal with customers in addition to their image. This program based on customer’s trust in

Mobil brands and its leadership in the Egyptian market.

Key Successes

  • CELLTEK has been able to develop labor skills by conducting 40 sessions, targeting around 788 trainees form 50 stations.

  • The content ensured participants’ engagement in sharing the problems they face and asking how they can solve them.

  • Trainers made sure that participants know their responsibilities and safety procedures. Each trainee was awarded a certificate issued by CELLTEK.

TOTAL Guagers Training Program


CELLTEK developed a training program for the guagers. The training covered the topics of working at heights procedures, static electricity, job safety analysis and on job training.


TOTAL tends to improve its employees’ safety working in fuels terminals as they face hazard in their daily operation. It is designed to identify the hazard and its mitigation during the daily operation. The training course aimed to improve the candidates’ safety and operational practice using the company procedures.

  • CELLTEK has been able to develop train guagers, supervisors, maintenance team and shift & operation supervisors.

  • Scope

    CELLTEK conducted risk assessment for TAQA service station network for the purposes of monitoring safety at service stations and assessing compliance. The inspection program included 45 service stations that covered a range of sites located across Cairo and other provinces.

    Service stations are of the hazardous workplaces which require assessment for a variety of reasons.


     They require risk assessment to ensure safe operations

  • Key Success

    CELLTEK was able is to help TAQA assessing its service stations through conducting surveys and reporting

     results. It is also responsible for inspection and assessment of the critical equipment system. 


    CELLTEK developed Soft & hard copies of the surveys to be handed over to TAQA service stations

     and reports to include observations and recommendations for each station
